In contemporary psychology reflective thinking not only serves as an explanatory concept, but is being turned into a subject of research connected with development of means helpful in cultivating of creativity. Content analysis of subjective meanings used as a method of study of reflection makes it possible to reveal different kinds of organization of thinking: reproductive, regressive, progressive, productive, and creative. They all are manifested either as stages in the process of search for a solution or as particular types of "Ego"-realization in the process of conquering conflict-problem situations (conservative realization, progressive realization, culmination self-realization).
